We are sorry to inform everyone that The Old Coaching House had a major fire on Wednesday 14/12/2011 which severely damaged the main Hotel Building. We have managed to move our Bar/Restaurant into the undamaged function room and are now open as usual.  We would like to extend our warmest thanks to the people of Chudleigh who did not hesitate to help us with food, clothing, shelter and assistance in the hours when our home and business was being consumed by the fire. Please be assured that we will be working as hard as we can to restore The Old Coaching House to its original glory and we will not let the people of Chudleigh down. We will keep everyone updated on the progress of the restoration on this site. Thank you all Kelly & Colleen Townsend
